Radiator Soldering Flux-468

Radiator Soldering Flux-468. It is a Zinc free bromide based acidic solution to primarily clean the Brass and Copper surface by removing organic contaminants and oxides. It can be used for processes and operations like core-baking, tube making, header plate/tubes end-dipping and other soldering operations involved in assembling of automotive/locomotive radiators and heater cores. The flux is a low foaming and unlike Zinc Chloride based flux it is considered non corrosive. Although the sp. gravity  of the flux as supplied is 1.215 it  can be diluted by adding DI Water to attain appropriate Sp. Gravity and concentration required and preferred for any operation/process.
